His journey began in 2000 with a BSc in Computing (Multimedia) from Staffordshire University, UK — a foundation that launched him into roles spanning IT infrastructure, e-commerce marketing, front-end development, and eventually full-scale digital consultancy and training. By 2011, he had established TMMedia Sdn Bhd, building a portfolio of clients spanning hospitality, government, NGOs, advertising agencies, and corporate training providers.
The COVID-19 pandemic became a turning point. Pivoting fully into corporate training and AI transformation, Mahesh has since delivered over 35 programs for leading Malaysian organizations including The Star Media Group, Western Digital, KWSP/EPF, PETRONAS, PERKESO, PERSOL, DayOne Data Centre, UNITAR, and TARUMT — among many others across multiple industries.
